REVIEW: What to expect when shopping at the Crocs SA V&A Waterfront store

About two weeks ago, I had the privilege to review a pair of Crocs, to read more about this check it out here.

I was able to experience a full shopping experience with the brand at their Concept Store in the V&A Waterfront in Cape Town.

The store can be found on the ground level of the mall and is open between 9 am - 9 pm every day.

When visiting the store, it was equipped with all the necessary items to make it covid friendly eg hand sanitiser, temperature checks, social distancing stickers and all staff were wearing masks.

The Crocs Concept Store features the widest range of orthopaedic, light and super comfortable shoes. You can get anything from sandals, waterproof boots, loafers, slippers and a sneaker shape too.

The store caters to both adults and children providing comfort and style in different colours such as chic whites and primary colours to eccentric animal prints for the more daring shopper.

The staff was very welcoming with warm smiles, were knowledgeable and ready to assist. What I liked the most was that each and every single staff member was wearing a pair of Crocs. It's nice to see when staff actually rep a brand because to me, that makes it more trustworthy.

The store also recently launched a new initiative with the Sneaker Shack, where they will donate preloved crocs to someone in need.

How it works is that customers can donate their old Crocs and drop them in the donation boxes that can be found in selected Sneaker Shack & Crocs Concept Stores.

Thanks to Crocs, when you donate a pair, you will receive a jibbit as a token to say thank you & a means to continue spreading the love.

Overall, the store is bright with a funky green paint to match the Crocs logo and it offers a wide variety of goods even though the store itself is not very big but it has a comfortable feel.
