Crocs SA introduces a virtual shopping experience
For most of society, in-store shopping experience is a form of therapy which is unfailingly taken every month.
However, due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, more shoppers are taking extra precautions and may find shopping malls rather painful during this time. As a step to further improve innovations, Crocs South Africa has launched a Virtual Shopping experience for consumers nationwide.
With just a simple click and one phone call, customers will have access to a dedicated shop assistant guiding them through the store while shopping online.
The Virtual Shopping feature launched on 01 August 2020 is targeted at selected Crocs stores where customers can look forward to new products and trends ahead of the new Spring/Summer season.
To add to the convenience factor and encourage safe shopping etiquette, once an order is processed consumers have the option to select a contactless curbside pick-up for their items – where your personal shopping assistant will meet you outside with your much-loved items.
Alternatively, courier delivery directly to your home is also available at a standard delivery fee.
“This year has shown us that we need to constantly adapt and redesign our customers’ shopping experience. With this feature, Crocs aims to provide a semblance of normality and allow our customers to immerse themselves virtually in a branded store environment from the comfort of their homes,” said Ally Petersen, Marketing Manager at Crocs South Africa.
