Uber to add new features for Uber Black

CAPE TOWN – Uber announced that it will be introducing new features for its higher-priced luxury service, Uber Black.
Uber Black and Uber Black SUV are the company’s premium car services that place riders in high-end vehicles such as Mercedes Benz, BMW etc.
The first feature coming is a “quiet car” mode for riders who want to discourage chatty drivers.

The next feature will be to give riders the ability to request help with their luggage or to communicate their preferred temperature to the driver within the app.
Riders will also be able to request extra time before getting into the car without incurring late pickup fees and will able to speak directly to a customer service rep if an issue arises.
