Samsung launches the new A12 device in South Africa
Samsung announced that it has launched another new entry-level device as part of its A-series devices called the new Galaxy A12, which launched in South Africa on 21 January.
The new A12 comes with a quad-camera setup and a 5000mAh battery, giving it some impressive hardware for its price range.
The smartphone also has a 6.5-inch HD+ display, 720 x 1600 pixels and an Octa-core processor with 2.3GHz + 1.8 GHz.
The quad camera features a 48MP + 5MP + 2MP + 2MP rear-end cameras and a 8MP Selfie camera.
“With the launch of the Galaxy A12, Samsung South Africa has entered the new year with a strong commitment to providing Galaxy fans with the amazing features at an unbelievable price,” Justin Hume, Director for Integrated Mobility at Samsung South Africa, said in a statement.
The Galaxy A12 houses 4GB RAM with optional 64GB internal memory. Its powerful Octa Core 2.3GHz + 1.8 GHz processor is optimised for gaming, so you can play your favourite games seamlessly.
The Galaxy A12 has a recommended price of R3 499.
