Xiaomi's Redmi Note 9S to launch in South Africa

Chinese electronics company Xiaomi announced that its Redmi Note 9S device will launch in South Africa in June.

The company noted that both the 64GB and 128GB storage options will be available from June 5 on Takealot and June 15 on the Mobile In Africa website.

The exact price of the smartphone will depend on the version you choose.

The smartphone features a 6.67-inch Full HD display, quad-camera setup for its main camera and is powered by a 5020mAh battery.

The main camera features a 48MP main lens, an 8MP wide-angle lens, a 5MP macro lens, and a 2MP depth-sensing lens. For its front-facing camera, the device has a 16MP lens.

In addition to this, other features include a Snapdragon 720G processor, 18W fast charging support, and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.
