Kauai launched a new app featuring rewards

CAPE TOWN – Health restaurant chain Kauai operating under the multi-brand food group, Real Foods announced that it launched a new app with the aim of making it easier and more rewarding for customers to enjoy healthy eating.

Dean Kowarski, Real Foods chief executive said in a statement: "We’re seeing a growing trend of customers who don’t want to compromise on healthy eating, but that is also extremely busy and pressed for time. The new Kauai app helps our customers save time by letting them order in the app. It also allows us to reward and connect with our loyal customers.”

The Kauai app features a rewards program that will give cash back on all purchases for its customers and has three status levels that are based on how frequent customers use the app.

The app also features a new rewards programme that gives customers 2% cash back on all purchases.

Here are the three status levels explained:

• The Green status means that customers qualify for a free coffee on their birthday.

• The next status is Gold and this means that customers will qualify for a free smoothie on their birthday, and are also rewarded with a free snack when they achieve Gold status.

• The Black status is the final level meant for your most loyal Kuawei members will receive a complimentary reusable smoothie cup when they reach this milestone, and also qualify for a free birthday coffee and breakfast.

The company added that all app users will receive exclusive access to members-only offers and early menu previews, with Gold and Black status customers qualifying for additional offers and special Kauai events.

Customers can also pay with the app in-store and can send Kauai gift vouchers to friends via the app.
