This is how much the Huawei P40 5G and P40 Pro 5G will cost you

Local smartphone retailer Cellucity has been spotted listing the new Huawei P40 5G and P40 Pro for sale on its website. 

According to listings on the site, the Huawei P40 5G 128GB will cost R16 999, with the P40 Pro 5G 256GB retailing for an additional R5000.

However, Both products are currently “Out of stock” but users can join the waitlist and the devices are only available in the colours Black and Silver Frost at the moment. 

Here are some specifications on both devices:

1. The P40

The P40 features a 6.1-inch display with a 2340×1080 resolution, IP53 water and dust resistance, an under-display fingerprint sensor, and an oval selfie camera cutout.

It features a 32MP selfie camera alongside an infrared sensor for biometrics, with three rear-end camera which are a 50MP primary snapper, an 8MP telephoto, and a 16MP ultrawide.

the device also comes with 22.5W charging via a USB-C port for its 3800mAh battery.

2. The P40 Pro

The Pro features a larger display at 6.58-inches and sports a 2640×1200 resolution with a 90Hz refresh rate with support for HDR10 too.

It comes with 256GB of internal storage and also supports Nano Memory expansion.

It features a 32MP selfie camera same as the P40 and at the rear the 50MP primary camera is joined by a 40MP ultrawide and a 12MP periscope zoom camera with 5x optical zoom.

The phone is powered by a 4200mAh battery with 40W fast charging and 27W wireless and reverse wireless charging.
