Game unveils a new look store at Kenilworth Centre in Cape Town

South African retail giant Game announced that it has unveiled a  new-look Kenilworth Centre store in Cape Town, as part of its Retail Reimagined turnaround strategy.

“At the heart of what we do is wanting to offer our customers a pleasurable shopping experience. Retail Reimagined is about transforming and improving the customer experience as a whole from start to finish. This is part of our turnaround strategy and fulfilling our customers' needs," said Katherine Madley, vice president of marketing at Game in a statement.

The new store has a new modern look-and-feel, a convenient store layout with wide-ranging categories including clothing, party solutions, wellness and security all contributing towards a better shopping experience for the customer.

Some new features in-store customers can look forward to include:

• Different surfaces for parents to test prams out on so that their little ones have the smoothest ride.
• A bike track for kids to test bikes.
• An interactive zone for customers to try out electronics (such as TVs, laptops and gaming consoles) and charging stations.
• A wellness area that focuses on the seven goals of fitness (fitness, strength, slimming and toning, healthy mind, healthy body, seasonal sport, lifestyle accessories).

If a customer?finds an item that Game?stocks?cheaper anywhere else,?they simply need to?bring the leaflet in-store and?Game?will beat that price by 10% on the difference.??Likewise, if?a customer has?purchased an item from Game in the last 21 days?but?finds?it cheaper elsewhere, the same process applies.
