- Cupboard Design: Certain Timbercity stores utilize powerful 3D technology to design cupboards according to customer specifications. This service is only available in Randburg, Woodstock, Somerset West, Stellenbosch, Kuruman, Gaborone, Rustenburg, Louis Trichardt and Vereeniging.
- Computer generated cutting lists: Timbercity provides computer generated cutting lists to minimize wastage. Customers just need to bring the required size in-store and the computer generated cutting list will do the rest.
- Quotation services: Timbercity provide customers detailed quotations for any board, timber, hardware or related product need.
